Mr. Bornstein graduated from Cornell University School of Law and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1967. He served as Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey. After serving as Counsel to the State Department of Environmental Protection, he was later appointed as a hearing officer for the Department, presiding in contested cases and giving recommendations to the Commissioner of the Department. In addition to his public service experience and professional legal work, Mr. Bornstein was solicited to teach litigation techniques to licensed lawyers as a Barrister for the Arthur T. Vanderbilt Inn of Court.
