A New Jersey native, Samuel D. Bornstein, Esq. has practiced law for more than 37 years. He has appeared before the Federal and State Courts in New York and New Jersey. He has also appeared in arbitrations and mediations in numerous circumstances. He has represented a wide range of individual and business clients in all kinds of disputes.

His practice is focused in the areas of business and corporate law, general litigation, mediation and arbitration, employment law, insurance, professional negligence and environmental law, as well as appeals.

A 1967 graduate of the Cornell University School of Law, he was admitted to the New Jersey Bar that same year. He served as Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, Counsel to the State Department of Environmental Protection. Later he was appointed as a hearing officer for that agency. He has taught litigation techniques as a Barrister for the Arthur T. Vanderbilt Inn of Court.
